Nanners
When Nat Lauzon, founder of Montreal Dog Blog contacted me for this illustration of Nanners, she explained that she wanted to give it as a gift for a friend who had just lost this sweetheart.
I knew that Nanners had been a great companion and friend to his "mom", so I wanted to make sure that his countenance and presence in this portrait did him justice.
When she received the gift she was happy and felt some small solace in getting to have her friend around in this unique portrayal of Nanners.
